Return & Refund

You may return the items at your own shipping cost within 30 days of your purchase (Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items cannot be refunded)

The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also keep the original packaging for returning. 

Please prepare a receipt or proof of your purchase and notify us by email crystalpopstore@gmail.com for returning.

We will process your refund once we have received your returning items.

You are suggested to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
